Youth Organized Sports Benefit
A NO-COST benefit of Accident Insurance
This value-packed benefit will help pay for the medical and dental costs typically incurred with youth sports injuries or anything else you might need financial help with!
- If your dependent child (Age 18 or younger) is participating in an Organized Sports Event or scheduled practice and is injured, you’ll receive benefit amounts as stated in the product brochure. (link to accident brochure)
- The plan will pay an additional 25% of the total benefit paid for the Covered Accident, not to exceed $1,500.
Alex’s Story
Alex is playing for his town soccer league. He gets injured during a game, and has to be taken by ambulance to Urgent Care.
Alex has x-rays and it’s determined he has fractured his leg. Because Alex’s Mom has Accident Insurance, she can claim the following:
- Urgent Care $200
- Ground Ambulance $300
- X-ray $100
- Fracture coverage $400 (or more)
