John D'Angelo has over 29 years of Voluntary Employee Benefits leadership experience and has placed over $125 million in voluntary benefit premium serving numerous large Labor Unions, Native American Enterprises and Fortune 1000 Employer Groups. John was an early pioneer and key carrier advisor in the development of paperless enrollment platforms and systems. Under John’s guidance, The Forza Insurance Group has partnered with leading insurance companies, making Forza a leader in the development of point of sale enrollment tools, benefit product designs, premium sales and unique marketing strategies to employees and union members at the worksite. These partnerships combined with John’s approach to the worksite benefits space makes the complexity of enrolling and communicating plans simple for the end user to understand, while deploying various paperless “Cloud” driven automated enrollment tools.

John has been at the forefront of the Labor and Healthcare Reform movement, serving as keynote speaker at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, among others. These speaking engagements have been covered by local news outlets such as radio station WRTI and the Philadelphia Business Journal, which ran a feature on his advocacy stance. Mr. D’Angelo also serves as advisor to various labor organizations and mentors young executives entering the industry.

John has distinguished himself as a dedicated volunteer. A champion fundraiser, his talents have benefitted the Tara Miller Foundation which raises funds to support research of effective treatment methods and ultimately a cure for melanoma. John has also been involved with Gilda's Club South Jersey, an organization where individuals and families can receive information, guidance, laughter, and most importantly, the support they need to live their lives with cancer, whatever the outcome, at no cost.

Jamie Ibrahim,

Jamie Ibrahim has over fifteen years of business development experience. He served in numerous senior leadership positions and has a great deal of expertise in the Native American marketplace with emphasis on large Tribal owned casino and hospitality operations.

Jamie has been instrumental in developing innovative benefit enrollment strategies for the challenging demographics in the casino hospitality industry leading to increased closing ratios and greater revenue. In his current executive position at Forza, Mr. Ibrahim is responsible for the management of key leadership relationships with insurance carrier partners, large employers and union clients. Jamie was responsible for securing one of the largest National Voluntary Benefit projects in the Industry, UFCW New England and UFCW New Jersey, comprising members over 8 States.

Michael D'Angelo,
Senior Vice President of Enrollment and Onboarding/Partner

Michael began his career with Synergistic Healthcare co-managing the field enrollments for Hard Rock Casino Hotels. He then moved to product development and became a marketing liaison for Hard Rock Casino’s, Synergistic Healthcare and Humana Insurance. For three years Michael co-managed the client relationship for the thirty three thousand members of I.B.E.W. Local 3 NYC. At his current position with Forza, Michael is a member of the leadership team charged with the management of the overall day to day operations, including oversight of the UFCW New England Enrollments consisting of over 40,000 participating members in three states.

Jackie Blake,
Executive Vice President of Operations and Administration/Partner

After receiving her master’s degree in Education from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, Jackie worked at 4 different universities on the East Coast in Student Affairs administrative positions. Switching gears to follow her passion, she became a professional fundraiser for the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County in Florida, raising over $5 million annually.

In 2008, after moving to Park City, Utah, she was appointed by the Summit County Manager to serve on the Basin Open Space Advisory Committee, created for the purpose of advising and providing input regarding the creation, preservation, and identification of open space in order to ensure high conservation values and promote the resort and scenic character of the area. At the same time, she was elected to Temple Har Shalom’s Religious School Advisory Committee, serving as the chair for two of four years, followed by serving a three-year term on their Board of Directors, and chairing their fundraising efforts for eight years.

In January, 2014, Jackie Co-founded her own non-profit, Park City READS to promote elevating literacy through early identification of struggling readers, effective reading interventions and appropriate classroom accommodations. As a Certified Dyslexia Advocate she was able to assist many families obtain the services to ensure their children reached their potential. Along with advocating, the organization has grown to include a mentoring program, professional development grants, community education, and implementation of a new school curriculum.

Jackie now lives in New Jersey, but remains an active board member. Always looking for new opportunities, Jackie became a partner and took on full-time responsibilities for The Forza Insurance Group three years ago. Bringing a diverse skill set to the organizations, she oversees all the daily operations and administration, including personnel, purchasing, customer relations, marketing and technology, carrier and vendor management and efficiency monitoring and performance standards.

Robert Lashley,

Rob is recognized as one of the top insurance technology leaders in the voluntary benefits workspace. He has consistently delivered award winning and innovative solutions to both Fortune 50 and privately held companies over his 30-year career.

Prior to joining the Forza Insurance Group, Rob held the position of Vice President of Enrollment for ManhattanLife where he transitioned the online enrollment technology and membership from Humana. While at Humana, Rob reimagined the group worksite vision, creating a positive enrollment experience for groups and members while providing cost saving operational efficiencies. Prior to his work at Humana, Rob was the Chief Architect for one of the industry’s leading Benefit Administration and Enrollment Technology companies. He introduced many cutting-edge software solutions and positioned the company as one of the leaders in the industry. Having worked with many top voluntary and group carriers, Rob has formed relationships that help to mold technology solutions meeting the needs of the industry’s vast and diverse array of consumers.

Rob will head all of Forza’s technology initiatives, development, and partnerships for Forza’s suite of proprietary technology systems to include ForzaSelect and Forza ClickEnroll.

Lynn Gould, 
Vice President of National Enrollments

Lynn Gould comes to Forza with 20+ years of insurance industry experience. Specializing in managing, coaching, coordinating, and training a team of sales professionals for peak performance. Consistently a top performer in the industry presented with numerous accolades and awards for both producing and training.

Lynn was an international sales coach with Eric Lofholm International, having impacted many insurance professionals across the country and Canada. She spent 2 years learning Internet Marketing and has now melded her technology skillset with her ability to mentor insurance professionals to produce even greater results.

When Lynn is not busy with her career, she is spending time with her 7 grandchildren, her mini-poodle Lucky, riding motorcycles with her husband Jay or enjoying time on their 36 ft. boat.

Lynn is currently involved with the Alzheimer’s Foundation as a team captain creating awareness and raising funds in honor of her mother, who passed away.

Evan D’ Angelo,
Enrollment Director

Evan began his carrier as an intern at Forza in 2017, where he was trained in enrollment marketing and communications. He moved into the field shortly after as a Benefit Advisor in face-to-face selling, licensed in Life and Health. Evan became a leading producer for Forza’s down-market projects. He quickly advanced to management, coordinating small case union enrollment locations throughout the North East. Currently he is Enrollment Director reporting to the VP of Enrollments supporting Forza’s National Food and Commercial Workers Union accounts.

Nicole Damiano, 
Director of Customer Experience

Before joining the Forza team, Nicole was a tenured retail leader, most recently with the California lifestyle brand PacSun. She started her career while still in high school, becoming a manager at 18 years old. Her goal to grow within the company and advance professionally was reached when she was promoted to Area Manager; overseeing several stores in south and central New Jersey.

Looking for a new challenge in 2016, she stepped away from retail and became a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for Republic Bank. She successfully learned the business of qualifying individuals for mortgages and walking them through all the necessary steps to fulfill their dream of becoming homeowners.

Unexpectedly, opportunity knocked again in the summer of 2019. Nicole was offered and accepted the position of Forza’s Customer Care Manager. Her main responsibilities are to plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team, to maintain and enhance customer relationships and ensure the highest level of service is provided to our large volume of calls through our Benefits Hotline.

She has just recently completed and passed her Insurance licensing class and test. This will enable her to better serve our policyholders and now be available to assist in enrollments and additional operational tasks within the department.

Kyle Beattie, 
Comptroller

Kyle graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management, with a major in accounting. During his sophomore year at Temple, Kyle accepted an intern position with Public Financial Management’s (PFM) Whitebirch Software Group, where he remained throughout his junior and senior year. Upon graduating from Temple in 2017, he was offered the position of Financial Controller at Blue Waters Marketing and relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area. Seeking opportunity in his hometown of Atlantic City, Kyle joined the Forza team in the summer of 2020 as the company’s new Senior Accountant. In his new role, Kyle prepares, reconciles and records transactions, compiles and analyzes account information, and maintains and balances accounts.

Donna Ward,

Donna Ward has worked for the last 15 years providing outstanding customer service. She is a young, ambitious mother who started her career in retail while still in High School, then moved on to more challenging administrative positions in the medical industry. Her resume outlines her extensive experience in various retail, sales, customer service, and relationship development skill environments.

Donna joined the Forza team in Aug of 2019 as the Office Manager but has since worked within several departments. She has shined in our Customer Experience Department, where she has now become our top Customer Experience Specialist.

Her objective has been to obtain a position with a well-stablished company while contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.

Dani Starr,
Case Specialist

Dani graduated from Stockton University, Magna Cum Laude, with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations. She previously worked for The Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City in dual roles.  As Social Media Coordinator she developed original content and suggested creative ways to attract more customers and brand promotion. As Program Assistant she was able to take her talents and work directly with many of the kids who participated in their programs and ensured the overall program success. She is an avid runner and writer.
